Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Launch

The RQ-11 Raven is a remote-controlled unmanned aerial vehicle used by the U.S. military. The plane can travel more than 50 miles per hour for about 90 minutes. The craft is launched by hand, and is equipped with an infrared night-vision camera. It strongly resembles a radio-controlled model airplane.
