1899 Kelsey and Tilney

This 1899 automobile was built by Carl W. Kelsey and I. Sheldon Tilney and is the only one surviving, the car is a three-wheeled vehicle with a single wheel in the rear.
The Kelsey and Tilney has a four-cycle, one-cylinder engine with a vaporizer.
