World’s oldest running car sold

The 1884 De Dion Bouton et Trepardoux La Marquise a steam-powered car, billed as the oldest car in the world that still runs, was sold in a Gooding & Company action a Pebble Beach, California.250_gt_californi.jpg

Lot 139 the De Dion, Bouton et Trepardoux was sold for $3,520,000 but the best bid was reach by the Lot 144, a 1959 Ferrari 250 GT California sold for $4,455,000o.

The total of the weekend was $61,350,250 and several cars reach over one million bids.
